Arranging The Home Study

We've been interviewing social workers to do our Home Study report. The person we select will interview us, run criminal checks, read our letters of reference and other documents, evaluate our home, and ultimately write the comprehensive legal report that recommends us (or not) to adopt internationally. Her interview questions must be very specific. For instance, she can't just ask "Have you ever abused a child?" she has to ask a series of questions like "Have you ever struck a child?" then "Have you ever hurt a child?" and so on. And she has to record our replies, word for word, in her report. Plus there are other technical requirements she has to follow. If the report doesn't fulfill every legal requirement of both countries, it can derail the whole process. So, as you can imagine, we want to make sure we've selected a professional, reliable, and competent social worker for this important task.
